Slemish Beetroot,  inspired by the story which Franke McCooke at Slemish Market Garden shared about his father, Stephen McCooke, the great County Antrim runner who took part in the 1948 Olympic games, Slemish Beetroot was borne. 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♀️

This great runner’s motto was “run as fast as you can for as long as you can”, and he regularly ate Beetroot to keep himself fuelled up. Sounds good to me 😃 🏃‍♀️ 💪

This seemed like a natural fit for Nua and our quest to deliver a great tasting drink with added health benefits.
